About the position

The Creative Director for Seasonal and Lifestage Brand Campaigns at Walmart Creative Studio is responsible for leading the creative vision and strategy for major campaigns such as Back to College, Back to School, and Holiday. This role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a blend of leadership skills and hands-on creative expertise, driving innovative concepts that resonate with customers and align with Walmart's brand objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the creative vision for Seasonal and Lifestage campaigns.
  • Manage, build, and coach a multidisciplinary team of creatives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to enhance creative output and skillsets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to craft inspiring campaigns.
  • Manage campaign projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into brand concepts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in the advertising or retail industry.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating experience developing 360 campaigns for large-scale enterprises.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Lifestage and Seasonal consumer behavior.
  • 12+ years of experience in conceptual campaign advertising with successful project management.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools and software.
