About the position

Chubb is seeking a Director of Creative Services to lead the Creative and Video Production Services Team. This role involves strategizing, conceptualizing, and producing graphic design, animation, and video productions for internal and external business partners. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing creative projects globally, enhancing client and employee engagement, and supporting Chubb's business goals. This position is hybrid, allowing for a mix of in-office and remote work, and is critical for driving brand building and business growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design campaigns and assets (graphics, animations, video/reels, audio) for internal and external use.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Organize and allocate resources for creative projects, facilitating media content creation.
• Develop and manage budgets for animations and productions, including project scope and timelines.
• Assist in managing external vendors and mentoring the internal team.
• Work with management to increase the pool of consultants for editing and animation.
• Travel as necessary to support productions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative design and video editing.
• BFA degree in art, design, video communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience in conceptualizing and designing high-performing graphics, animation, and video for global media channels.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Pro Tools, and Media Encoder; DaVinci Resolve is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clarify project goals and requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of animation techniques.
• Experience with mirrorless cameras.
