About The Position
The Director Customer Logistics is responsible for managing operations, safety, financial performance, and customer relations across multiple warehouse locations. This role focuses on deploying LEAN and Continuous Improvement strategies, expanding business with existing customers, and participating in business development activities. The position typically oversees $10M to $30M in operating revenue and may involve additional responsibilities in transportation, packaging, and reverse logistics. The Director leads and trains location managers to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.
