About the position

The Director of Customer Marketing is responsible for leading initiatives aimed at driving member growth and increasing sales within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in sales and marketing, capable of managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful marketing solutions under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives, driving member growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to enhance customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Coordinate effectively across various departments to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to corporate and strategic accounts.
  • Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns for corporate and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders to create joint marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing campaigns.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of quarterly business review materials for sales teams.
  • Lead marketing efforts through dynamic and high-pressure situations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant marketing leadership experience, ideally in a customer-focused or B2B environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Expertise in working closely with sales teams to drive alignment and optimize marketing programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective presentation and influence at all levels.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing programs and budget oversight.
