About the position

Replimune is seeking a Director of Data, Analytics, and Reporting to lead commercial data management and analytics within the Commercial Operations team. This role is pivotal in executing data strategies and providing insights that will shape the commercial organization as it grows. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to enhance data-driven decision-making and support the launch of new products in the oncology market.

Responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders across the commercial organization to execute data strategy and standard analytics.
• Collaborate with the Market Research team to understand the Melanoma market.
• Coordinate with the data warehouse IT team for data sourcing and integration.
• Contribute to Commercial data strategy, governance, and stewardship.
• Develop and track launch KPIs and goals in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
• Conduct analytics efforts such as segmentation, marketing mix, and digital analytics to evaluate promotional activities.
• Manage and update business intelligence dashboards and field reporting tools.
• Analyze data related to brand use and adoption within indications.
• Provide thought leadership for vendor analyses in advanced analytics.
• Create presentations for key stakeholders including the Marketing Team and Senior Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or similar preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant analytics or consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• At least 4 years managing data, analytics, and reporting.
• Consulting experience preferred; oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge with business acumen and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage by influence in a matrixed organization.
• Extensive experience with data analytics, including longitudinal patient claims data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to write code for data querying and analysis (SQL, SAS, R, etc.).
• Experience in building dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
