About the position

The Director, Digital Content and Creative Services at Sodexo is a strategic leadership role responsible for the creation and implementation of digital and multimedia content that drives brand engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement. This position oversees a team and collaborates with external agencies to develop content that resonates with clients and prospects, supporting the growth of Entegra Procurement Services. The role requires a creative visionary who can manage various content formats and channels while ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital content strategy for Entegra Procurement Services.
• Lead a team of four and manage external agencies to create engaging multimedia content.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of creative work across digital platforms.
• Direct the creation of data-driven content aligned with business goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to execute cross-segment multimedia campaigns.
• Deliver high-quality content in various formats to drive business goals and MQLs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of management experience.
• 7 years of functional experience in digital content and marketing.

Nice-to-haves

• Expert knowledge of social media ad platforms and organic algorithm biases.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and related tools.
• Experience with enterprise web CMS and multi-channel campaigns.
• Deep understanding of content strategy and digital content creation.
