About the position

The Director, Digital Content and Creative Services at Sodexo is a strategic leadership role responsible for the creation and implementation of digital and multimedia content that drives brand engagement, lead generation, and sales enablement. This position oversees a team and collaborates with external agencies to develop compelling content that resonates with clients and prospects, supporting the growth of Entegra Procurement Services. The role requires a creative visionary who can manage various content formats and channels while ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital content strategy for Entegra Procurement Services.
• Lead a team of four and manage external agencies to create engaging multimedia content.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of creative work across digital platforms.
• Direct the creation of data-driven content that aligns with business goals and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to execute cross-segment multimedia campaigns.
• Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Conduct market research and content audits to inform content strategy and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of management experience in digital content and creative services.
• Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Strong project management skills and experience in vendor management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with HTML and website design.
• Knowledge of UX design principles.
• Familiarity with enterprise web CMS.
• Creative eye for multimedia content creation.
