About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Irvine Company Apartments is a strategic role focused on enhancing the company's digital presence to drive resident acquisition and retention. This position involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, overseeing various digital channels, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve aggressive leasing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve aggressive leasing goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including paid search, local SEO, social media, ILS, and email marketing.
  • Establish clear KPIs and track progress towards digital marketing goals.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.
  • Own relationships with external agencies and vendors, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Partner effectively with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a cohesive digital experience.
  • Work closely with the Digital Website Product team to develop an online presence and lead management strategy.
  • Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to establish digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics team to leverage insights for data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Secure optimal terms through negotiation and manage digital marketing contracts and purchase orders.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital media strategy, Local SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Experience in developing and managing digital marketing budgets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
