About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing & AI is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of comprehensive digital media strategies aimed at driving brand awareness and engagement. This role focuses on leveraging both traditional and innovative digital channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, and AI technologies, to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI. The director will lead digital testing strategies, manage analytics, and ensure alignment with company objectives while staying updated on industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital media strategies to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Leverage existing and new digital channels such as paid media, web, email, webinars, CTV, SEO, retargeting, content syndication, and third-party partnerships.
  • Drive digital testing strategies and lead reporting and analytics for WSA's digital marketing efforts.
  • Deliver campaign performance reports to stakeholders and track campaign performance using AI analytics.
  • Develop and oversee AI-driven marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Provide guidance on integrating AI in lead generation, campaign management, and content strategy.
  • Stay updated on AI and digital marketing trends to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into marketing initiatives.
  • Formulate, execute, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to optimize digital campaigns and automate marketing workflows.
  • Partner with external agencies and in-house creative teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns.
  • Manage and evaluate agency performance to ensure alignment with business goals and brand standards.
  • Collaborate across brands and business units and partner closely with global teams to execute global initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix organization with global and local stakeholders.
  • Deep experience in digital B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
  • Experience with lead generation and developing digital initiatives.
  • Ability to lead all digital marketing initiatives from campaign ideation to execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Experience using AI to increase performance and create/distribute content.
