About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing + Client Services at AZDS Interactive Group is a leadership role focused on driving digital marketing strategies for luxury hospitality clients. This position involves leading a team to create and execute marketing campaigns, optimizing business results, and building strong relationships with clients to help them achieve their revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients in strategic recommendations to deliver their digital revenue, visitation, and conversion targets.
  • Develop and present strategic marketing plans with recommended go-to-market channels.
  • Direct creative, messaging, and copywriting deliverables with strong adherence to clients' brand voices.
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines, setting expectations with stakeholders.
  • Monitor performance and translate digital performance metrics into actionable courses of action.
  • Create and present budgets and roadmaps to deliver growth targets to clients.
  • Lead performance meetings and prepare proposals, presentations, and other client communications.
  • Evolve multiple client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success across various service verticals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Director or Senior Manager leadership position, preferably in Digital Performance Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in digital paid advertising across multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and/or other website CMS systems.
  • Experience in SEO, CRM, and digital content strategy.
  • Exceptional business storytelling and presentation skills for executive-level leaders.
  • Ability to lead and influence upwards and laterally.
  • Strong multitasking ability with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and other digital marketing technologies.
  • Familiarity with audience-centric CRM strategies.
  • Ability to creatively design innovative solutions for complex problems.
