About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement at Prisma Health is a pivotal role within the marketing and communications leadership team. This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that align with Prisma Health's growth goals and enhance its brand reputation. The director will oversee digital marketing strategies, ensuring a customer-centric approach while leading a team of digital marketing professionals to optimize digital content and user experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Steer website and digital vision to promote customer satisfaction and enhance the web-based prospect pipeline.
  • Oversee planning, design, execution, and maintenance of web assets, focusing on user-friendly and mobile-first experiences.
  • Map out consumer, patient, and health plan member journeys, providing insights to address service gaps and consumer pain points.
  • Lead a team to incorporate brand strategy, creative delivery, and digital marketing initiatives aligned with overall brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for owned channels including website, email marketing, mobile apps, and social media.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across owned channels, providing insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and maintain ethical marketing practices.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, developing strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to owned channels.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to the digital marketing team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in digital and strategic marketing, preferably in an advertising agency or corporation with a focus on owned channels.
  • Leadership experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, analytics, consumer insights, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices across multiple channels.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in web analytics tools, email marketing platforms, content management systems (CMS), and social media management tools.
  • Deep understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
