About the position

As a key member of the marketing and communications leadership team, the Director of Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement will develop and implement strategic marketing plans that advance Prisma Health's priorities, growth goals and reputational brand as an integrated health system committed to expanding access to high quality care, enhancing patient experience and being a workplace of choice. The digital marketing leader directs the strategy, development, execution and maintenance of Prisma Health digital and social marketing activities that prioritize humanizing our brand across the health system. Overseeing a team of digital marketing professionals, the leader collaborates with Prisma Health leadership/staff to create digital marketing strategies and tactics, digital content strategies and website development plans as well as analyzes digital programs to ensure implementation of customer-centric digital best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Steers website and digital vision while promoting customer satisfaction and propelling web-based prospect pipeline.
  • Oversees the planning, design, execution, and maintenance of web assets with a focus on creating a modernized, user-friendly, and mobile-first experience optimizing site performance and the user journey at every turn.
  • Implements strategies to continuously optimize website performance, user experience, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.
  • Assists in mapping out consumer, patient, and health plan member journeys, bringing consumer insights to strategic business partners.
  • Identifies actionable opportunities to address gaps in services based on consumer aspirations and assists in solving consumer/patient pain points.
  • Leads a team to incorporate brand strategy and experience, creative delivery, go-to-market content, paid media, and website and digital strategy.
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall brand messaging, service line initiatives, and seasonal/awareness campaigns.
  • Develops and executes a comprehensive owned channels strategy, including website, email marketing, mobile apps, social media, and other digital assets.
  • Monitors and analyzes key performance metrics across owned channels, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and increase ROI.
  • Ensures compliance with relevant regulations, including data privacy laws, and maintains a strong focus on ethical marketing practices.
  • Oversees the management of the company's social media presence, developing strategies to increase engagement, grow the follower base, and drive traffic to owned channels.
  • Leads a team of digital marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive high performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in digital and strategic marketing, including five (5) years of team leadership and CRM/email automation experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
