About the position

The Director, Digital Marketing & Events is responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of FMI Clinical's digital marketing and events. This role involves leading the digital marketing strategy to engage key audiences such as providers, payers, and patients, while also managing the clinical events calendar and operational support for internal events. The position requires continuous analysis of marketing metrics to drive improvements and enhance FMI's market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing plan that drives engagement with key target audiences.
  • Maintain ownership and lead daily management of all FMI digital marketing channels, including websites, SEO, paid search, and social media.
  • Lead and maintain relationships with digital marketing agencies to optimize the marketing budget.
  • Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing and conferences, providing insights for data-driven adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Technology and Sales Operations teams to optimize the use of the CRM system for marketing execution.
  • Coordinate with marketing team members to ensure active promotions are represented across channels and events.
  • Deliver additional marketing operations support as needed, including management of order fulfillment and digital platforms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications.
  • 7+ years of experience executing marketing strategies and tactics.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including marketing automation.
  • 5+ years of People Management experience.
  • Experience working in a regulated setting and handling data in accordance with HIPAA.
