About the position

The Director - Digital Marketing Experience is responsible for developing and executing strategic distribution of the Brewers brand content and marketing messages across all digital channels. This role enhances brand awareness, drives website traffic, and acquires leads/customers through effective digital marketing strategies and integrated campaigns. The position collaborates with various internal partners and Major League Baseball Advanced Media to optimize digital marketing efforts across platforms such as web, social media, and mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing channel strategy inclusive of website, email, SMS, Ballpark App, and digital video channels.
• Oversee social media efforts and ensure amplification of the team's content plans, aligning with The Brewers brand voice and overall digital initiatives.
• Engage in research efforts to identify effective digital platforms and methods to reach a targeted audience; plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.

Requirements

• At least five years of related experience in digital marketing.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe metrics suite).
• Strong data analysis skills to extract insights from reporting tools.
• Willingness to be innovative and test new ideas and programs.
