The Director of Digital Marketing & Marketplaces will be responsible for the consumer acquisition marketing strategy for the HEYDUDE Brand, focusing on driving traffic and sales growth by providing personalized consumer journeys and an efficient consumer experience. This role will orchestrate the strategy, planning, budgeting, and critical metrics for all performance marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of both shaping and executing the vision of HEYDUDE's consumer acquisition strategy, building an outstanding Digital Acquisition team to maximize profitability and scalability. In this position, you will optimize and grow performance marketing across digital and marketplace channels. You will develop and execute strategies for Dotcom, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces to expand market share. Leading acquisition marketing efforts will be crucial to boost traffic, engagement, and new customer conversions. You will oversee weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring alignment with goals and budget, while managing a digital agency to deliver top-tier acquisition strategies. Additionally, aligning Brand Marketing with Acquisition efforts for seamless integration will be a key responsibility. Utilizing consumer segmentation and personalization in acquisition channels will be essential, as will implementing a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous growth. You will cultivate a supportive environment for the training and development of the Digital Acquisition team and collaborate across all trading channels to deliver conversion-focused customer journeys. Leading performance creative strategy will ensure alignment with brand and acquisition goals, balancing short-term performance targets with long-term brand awareness strategies. Finally, driving strategic execution across functional teams within and beyond Digital will be a critical aspect of this role.
