About the position

The Digital Marketing Director at WuXi AppTec is responsible for leading all digital marketing initiatives, from campaign creation to execution, measurement, and optimization. This role ensures that all digital efforts are integrated with marketing functions to support lead generation and pipeline growth. The position is fully remote with minimal travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content and generate leads.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and optimize user experience.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content, in partnership with the Marketing Content leader.
  • Research, track, and analyze behaviors and trends to implement into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets.

Requirements

  • 8+ years marketing experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and execution.
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
