The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for the strategic direction of proactive, integrated, and effective digital marketing solutions within MercyOne. This role provides ministry oversight and leadership of integrated digital marketing strategies, including the development and implementation of digital growth and consumer engagement plans that reflect the digital interaction of the customer and support the organization's strategic plan. The Director is accountable for all aspects of digital marketing platform technologies and consumer engagement initiatives, setting performance metrics, measuring outcomes, and modifying strategies to achieve a positive return on investment. In this capacity, the Director leads the digital marketing team and oversees platforms including consumer websites, CRM systems, marketing automation (email and mobile), and digital health programs. The role also involves overseeing MercyOne's digital content development and brand initiatives to support the website and CRM/email marketing efforts. Operationally, the Director supports digital marketing platform business case analysis and budget management. The essential functions of this position include creating digital marketing strategies and plans for key technology platforms, focusing on website management, CRM, marketing automation, and online reviews. The Director will oversee the integration of prospect and provider data in digital marketing platforms for health ministry, ensuring timely updates of new information across all digital channels. Building strong working relationships with health ministry executives, operations leaders, and other stakeholders is crucial, as is mentoring and guiding the digital marketing team to foster collaboration and staff development. The Director will also lead the ministry's CRM and marketing automation functions, manage vendor relationships, and advise the Executive Leadership Team on digital marketing engagement strategies and trends in healthcare.
