About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at AvePoint will lead the company's digital marketing strategy and omni-channel marketing efforts. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader who can create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital technologies and a proven track record in the SaaS B2B sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Lead the digital marketing function by collaborating with corporate and regional marketing teams.
• Ensure consistency and integration across all digital marketing channels, including web, email, social media, and paid advertising.
• Control online content SEO, monitoring performance and utilizing best practices to enhance reach and engagement.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of global digital marketing professionals.
• Utilize analytics and CRM tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a SaaS B2B company.
• Proven experience in developing and executing global digital marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Google Data Studio and Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with SEM and SEO tools.
