Kitsap Credit Union is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will be responsible for owning, evolving, and optimizing the digital website experience and digital acquisition channels. This leadership role requires effective communication across all levels of the organization and a strong ability to lead and build teams. The Director will manage the Credit Union's website, collaborating with the online banking team to ensure the design, functionality, and outcomes align with published goals. The role involves executing digital marketing strategies in partnership with internal and external resources to drive traffic, enhance brand awareness, and achieve both short and long-term results. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital ad buying, key performance indicators (KPIs), best practices, and performance reporting. They will conceptualize, research, and recommend data-driven digital marketing strategies in collaboration with a cross-functional team, ensuring that the marketing plan is created and updated annually. The Director will also administer digital marketing solutions software for marketing automation, sales leads, and omni-channel personalization, ensuring effective integration into existing technology. Additionally, the Director will negotiate and manage vendor contracts related to digital marketing solutions, develop the digital marketing budget, and effectively manage resources. They will work with internal teams and external sources to create high-quality content for various online and mobile platforms, develop and manage effective search engine marketing and search engine optimization programs, and continually evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption. The role also includes managing and developing the digital marketing team, setting performance goals, and ensuring alignment with the Credit Union's vision.
