About the position

The Director of Digital Marketing at Limetree is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies across various channels. This position is integral to scaling the company's in-house capabilities and delivering performance-driven marketing solutions that leverage data science and behavioral insights. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize digital advertising efforts and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Limetree's digital marketing strategy, expanding into new digital advertising channels while optimizing existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into digital marketing campaigns and optimize channel performance.
  • Lead the development of multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, utilizing audience insights, personalization strategies, and A/B testing to drive growth.
  • Oversee creating and managing digital advertising tools, accounts, and contractor relationships for successful campaigns.
  • Work directly with prospects and clients to communicate the value of Limetree's performance-driven digital marketing solutions.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that digital marketing efforts meet performance, revenue, and engagement goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record of managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic platforms) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker).
  • Deep understanding of digital performance marketing focusing on customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and maximizing ROI.
  • Proven ability to develop new digital channels and scale existing ones, integrating them with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing external contractors and freelancers or coordinating client-driven agencies for campaign execution.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, able to present digital strategies and insights clearly and effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and drive digital marketing initiatives forward, focusing on overcoming challenges and executing strategies that deliver results.

Benefits
