About the position

Our client, a growing and innovative leader in the Cybersecurity industry, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to join their growing team. As the Director of Digital Marketing, you will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and play a key role in executing high-impact marketing programs that drive growth at the top of the funnel. Your focus will be leveraging data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions across SEO, paid media, email, ABM, and website initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Drive conversions by optimizing the website for an improved user experience and performance.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the demand generation team to achieve high levels of performance and professional growth.
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, ABM, and website initiatives.
• Effectively manage budgets across various channels to ensure cost-efficiency while maximizing ROI.
• Develop and refine tracking systems to measure performance across all channels, including website engagement and conversions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, including B2B marketing.
• 2+ years of team management experience.
