The Director of Digital Marketing at VNS Health is responsible for directing the strategy, development, execution, and maintenance of all B2B and B2C digital and social marketing activities across the VNS Health Enterprise. This role involves collaborating with VNS Health leadership and staff to create effective digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as digital content strategies and website development plans. The Director will analyze digital programs to ensure the implementation of customer-centric digital best practices and lead initiatives to communicate the benefits of digital marketing, thereby increasing its utilization across the Enterprise. In this position, the Director will ensure that digital marketing activities are fully integrated with respective Business Units, VNS Health Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales, and IT initiatives as appropriate. A key aspect of the role is to collaborate with the IT department to ensure that all digital programs are compatible with existing infrastructure and data security requirements. The Director will also oversee relationships with vendors, including Digital Agencies, Media Planning Agencies, and Social Media Management, working under general direction to achieve the organization's marketing goals. This position is hybrid, based in New York City, and offers a competitive compensation range of $137,800.00 - $183,800.00 annually.
