About the position

The position is a key role within the Brunswick Boat Group marketing team, focusing on developing, executing, and evaluating various digital projects that align with the overall business objectives and strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and the potential for advancement within the company. This role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with brand leadership to develop digital strategy and executional plans in alignment with business and brand goals.
  • Develop and drive execution of digital capabilities roadmap, integrating brand marketing priorities into digital product management.
  • Facilitate and nurture resilient, productive cross-functional relationships with IT, Sales, Category, and other functions to enhance the impact of Marketing contributions to delivery of business results.
  • Maintain and increase knowledge of industry standards and best practices to stay ahead of trends and inform business decisions specific to digital marketing.
  • Lead and influence the evolution of digital marketing capabilities for Brunswick.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Technology or related field required.
  • 10 or more years professional experience inclusive of 5 or more years in marketing or customer-facing roles.
  • Three or more years professional experience with direct accountability for digital marketing activities such as website product management, social media strategy, or eCommerce.
  • Two or more years of experience managing staff and/or outside resources (agencies, freelancers, consultants).
