About the position

The Digital & Omnichannel Marketing Director at Corcept Therapeutics will lead the strategy development and tactical execution of digital media platforms to support the company's endocrinology products. This role focuses on various digital marketing channels, including paid search, organic search, social media, and digital video, and requires expertise in non-personal promotions and media for marketing campaigns. The position involves collaboration with multiple marketing functions and oversight of media engagement and operational health, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead media strategy, investment, scope, and capacity planning.
  • Oversee media engagement across the endocrinology marketing portfolio.
  • Provide comprehensive key performance indicators (KPIs) oversight and present insights to the marketing team.
  • Partner with other marketing functions to translate strategic direction into a digital tactical plan.
  • Serve as a thought leader and provide insights on media marketing best practices.
  • Oversee media operational health and execute priority tactics, including budget planning and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with the Content Review Committee to ensure timely review and approval of promotional materials.
  • Develop and track KPIs for audience engagement and market traction.
  • Create presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, translating insights into marketing recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of digital/non-personal promotions market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to drive data-driven media capabilities and focus on metrics.
  • Experience in executing multiple/complex initiatives within the marketing mix.
  • Experience in AI/Machine Learning initiatives related to media business objectives.
  • Strong experience with digital media promotions, including first-party and third-party assets.
  • Ability to work with external agencies to develop programs and materials.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and their impact on marketing materials.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.

Nice-to-haves

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
  • Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
