About the position

The Director, Digital Paid Marketing at SharkNinja will lead the strategy and execution of paid digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including paid search, social media, display, and programmatic advertising. This role is crucial for maximizing ROI on digital advertising spend while driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that campaigns are data-driven and aligned with the company's business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Manage performance across paid search, display, social, programmatic, and other paid media channels, ensuring alignment with SharkNinja's overall marketing objectives.
  • Lead the paid media budgeting, forecasting, and optimization process to maximize ROI.
  • Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategy, targeting, and optimization, ensuring continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns, and track KPIs to measure campaign success.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in digital paid marketing, with a focus on e-commerce or consumer products.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DSPs, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
