About the position

The Director of Digital Products, Information Security at Genmab is a key leadership role responsible for executing the information security strategy in collaboration with various business and functional teams. This position focuses on securing Genmab's digital transformation as the company aims for a digitally sophisticated future by 2030. The role involves working closely with stakeholders in the US and Japan, ensuring security is embedded in product development processes, and promoting a culture of security awareness across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as a security business partner for assigned business domains, ensuring cost-effective delivery of information security services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business and IT&D leaders, focusing on the US and Japan.
• Promote information security and support security awareness activities at Genmab US locations.
• Serve as a member of the Security Cyber Response Team for cyber crisis situations.
• Oversee and drive security activities in DevSecOps processes within selected PODs.
• Function as service owner for security application services, ensuring appropriate code security testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of eight years of experience in a security officer or manager role with strategic responsibilities.
• Five or more years of management experience, including strategy, budgeting, and staffing.
• Experience working in agile and product-oriented development teams.
• Solid experience with compliance and security frameworks.
