About the position

iRhythm is seeking an experienced Director of Digital Solutions Strategy to lead the Digital Strategy Partners team. This remote position will focus on driving innovative process improvements and ensuring effective positioning of solutions for health system customers. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, regular executive-level presentations, and managing a high-performing team to deliver quality solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of digital strategy partners, driving their career growth and ensuring customer success.
  • Partner with leadership teams to develop a vision and strategic plan for the digital solutions team.
  • Align with commercial and sales leadership to identify opportunities and accelerate key sales initiatives.
  • Design and facilitate scalable and easy-to-adopt technology solutions for customers.
  • Influence decision-making across the organization to execute on opportunities and objectives.
  • Identify and inform the Sr Director of internal and external issues affecting the organization or customer projects.
  • Propose and execute plans of action for identified issues.
  • Foster teamwork within the digital solutions team and other internal teams.
  • Recruit, hire, and develop excellent team members.
  • Define, track, and improve team KPIs and customer outcomes.
  • Serve as an escalation point for internal teams and customers.
  • Evaluate processes and suggest new methods to streamline operations.
  • Participate in or lead projects that improve overall service to customers and patients.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of management-level experience, preferably within Healthcare IT.
  • At least 10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in healthcare IT.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer success management is preferred.
  • Demonstrated outcomes from leadership, coaching, and business skills in past roles.
  • Ability to participate in a hands-on capacity, utilizing selling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of EMRs and ability to articulate the value of solutions like EMR integration to health system leaders.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
  • Ability to travel 20-30% of the time.

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment managing a high-performing team.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert during customer engagements.
