About the position

The Director, Digital & Technology at Global Prairie is a strategic leadership role focused on developing and executing innovative digital strategies that drive impactful results for clients. This position oversees a diverse range of digital initiatives, including website development, CRM, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will leverage technology to enhance clients' digital presence and expand Global Prairie's digital marketing capabilities, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of digital strategies that drive results for clients.
  • Oversee and drive strategy for digital initiatives including website development, CRM, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, and data analytics.
  • Assess the landscape of digital offerings and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Serve as a thought leader in digital storytelling and online customer engagement.
  • Develop and oversee digital strategies that integrate with larger marketing communications strategies.
  • Provide strategic direction to account teams for brands across the digital ecosystem.
  • Write, produce, and present client-facing proposals and strategic plans.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and agency partners, providing support during strategy and execution.
  • Evaluate and present campaign results to clients, making data-informed recommendations.
  • Ensure digital campaign integrity with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Mentor Associates and Managers in Digital & Technology.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced setting.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing digital strategies with measurable results.
  • Extensive knowledge in omnichannel marketing and digital strategy.
  • Proficiency in demand generation across search, social, and display.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Adobe Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in analytics strategy and platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Experience with Kentico CMS is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel periodically.
