Lenovo is seeking a Director of Digital & Web Marketing to join the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) global Marketing organization. This role is pivotal in advancing the Digital & Web Marketing business for the IDG organization, reporting directly to the Executive Director of IDG Marketing Strategy & Operations. The primary objective of the Digital & Web Marketing team is to create and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that meets the evolving needs of both B2B and B2C customers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Digital Transformation team to establish a digital marketing platform that serves as a best-in-class foundation for hyper-personalized and relevant digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes accountability and results. Key responsibilities include redefining and rebuilding the customer web experience, developing a new data architecture model for personalized customer experiences, streamlining content development processes, and providing best practices for building an automated digital platform that optimizes customer experience. Additionally, the Director will lead initiatives to understand customer voices, partner with broader marketing organizations to solidify Lenovo's positioning as an innovative tech leader, and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity across digital marketing initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can see the interconnection between processes and technology, driving transformative marketing environments. The Director will also be responsible for measuring and tracking the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, ensuring that operational objectives are met while managing multiple shifting priorities in a dynamic workplace.
