The IDG (Intelligent Devices Group) global Marketing organization at Lenovo is seeking a Director of Digital & Web Marketing. This role is pivotal in advancing the Digital & Web Marketing business for the IDG organization, reporting directly to the Executive Director of IDG Marketing Strategy & Operations. The primary objective of the Digital & Web Marketing team is to create and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that meets the evolving needs of both B2B and B2C customers. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Digital Transformation team to establish a digital marketing platform that serves as a best-in-class foundation for hyper-personalized and relevant digital experiences. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization. They must navigate a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on accountability and results. This position requires a leader who can represent the interests and requirements of the IDG organization to redefine and rebuild the customer web experience through several critical workstreams, including the definition of a new Visual Identity for the Lenovo.com site, the development of a new Data Architecture model for personalized customer experiences, and the streamlining of content development processes to deliver content at scale. Additionally, the Director will provide best practices for building an automated digital platform that optimizes customer experience, define operations and processes for testing, optimization, and web production, and lead initiatives to understand the voice of the customer. They will partner with broader marketing organizations to solidify Lenovo's positioning as an innovative tech leader across services, solutions, devices, and AI through a unique web experience. The role also involves creating partnerships with PCSD IDG stakeholders to enhance and streamline their digital marketing initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing key digital transformation strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
