About the position

The Director of E-commerce & Growth Marketing at Sollis Health is responsible for leading the vision and strategy for the company's e-commerce platform while optimizing paid marketing channels to attract new customers. This role serves as a crucial link between the marketing team and internal Product and Operations teams, as well as external digital media agencies. The Director will oversee digital product development, website enhancements, and the selection of MarTech infrastructure to align with business goals. This hybrid position requires collaboration with various departments and reports directly to the SVP of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the strategy behind paid digital investments and media mix, serving as the point person to the media planning and digital agency.
  • Work with external consultants to identify, contract, and execute local and national paid media investments, driving users further into the funnel.
  • Support BI functions to ensure accurate marketing attribution reporting, partnering with revenue and finance teams for clear commercial business reporting.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on media performance.
  • Identify new strategies and effective channels to move customers from 'Awareness' to acquisition quickly.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and focus on website optimization and ranking.
  • Work closely with IT and Engineering teams, managing the Growth Marketing Manager overseeing SEO and CRO.
  • Be data-driven, developing company-wide insights on marketing performance and sharing information regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership about status and digital product benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with delivery partners across various departments.
  • Meet and aim to exceed paid marketing-driven lead and revenue goals.
  • Contribute to a detailed and robust product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing experience.
  • 3-5 years experience as a growth marketing leader at a B2C company, ideally in subscription or services, healthcare or wellness preferred.
  • Keen understanding of Meta and Google platforms and optimization strategies.
  • Experience working with Google tools, specifically Ads Manager and Analytics.
  • Experience providing a BI perspective to marketing reporting.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers within a consumer-first digital products organization, commercial brand or related agency.
  • Demonstrated competency in leading digital products or software solutions with measurable business results.
  • Ability to show innovative and intuitive decision-making that has led to project, product, or program success.
  • Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and initiatives in a structured fashion.
  • Strong written skills, and capability in reporting and presenting data.
