The Director Early Career & Emerging Talent Programs will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies in attracting, developing, and supporting early career talent programs and pipelines while workforce planning ensure we're mapping the most critical demand needs to the best talent. This role will focus on leading our summer internship programs, establishing relationships with academic institutions, promoting our employer brand, and creating innovative and long-term initiatives to attract diverse talent. We are looking for a leader who is dedicated to creating inclusive environments and has a consistent track record in recruitment, outreach, and relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy that enhances PVH's reputation as a great place to work, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and improve our ability to source, identify, and select early career and emerging talent.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business leaders across PVH advising on scalable early career attraction and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and deliver against a comprehensive go-to-market early careers strategy to meet the demands of business teams to ensure the most critical business demand needs are mapped appropriately to early career talent pipelines.
  • Develop headcount, budget guidance and communications to the business leads.
  • Manage a significant budget based on the defined strategy and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to improve impact and return on investment.
  • Assess and analyze current recruitment practices and trends to find opportunities for improvement with a focus on long-term talent attraction.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with academic institutions to cultivate a pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with academic departments and career services to organize recruitment events, workshops, and information sessions.
  • Design and implement targeted diversity recruitment strategies to attract, develop, and support students and recent graduates from underrepresented backgrounds through intentional diverse partnerships.
  • Improve PVH's employer brand on campuses by crafting engaging marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
  • Represent PVH at career fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote job opportunities and connect potential candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the efficiency of university relations and diversity initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in University and Diversity Recruiting or related area.
  • Direct experience partnering with businesses to identify emerging and diverse future talent needs, and selecting and curating partnerships to deliver those talent needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead partnerships with organizations that facilitate access to emerging and diverse talent, including execution and measurement of results.
  • Experience in university recruitment and in building and managing relationships with schools (includes: career centers, professors, university leadership, and student organizations).
  • Exceptional process and programmatic skills and experience; project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a positive team culture.
  • Understanding standard methodology for building talent pipelines in key industries such as fashion/ apparel/ retail/ manufacturing, digital marketing, technology, finance, dtc/ecommerce, licensing, wholesale and supply chain.
  • Analytical, and able to make data driven insights to provide recommendations to continually evolve the function.
  • Strong project management and the ability to quickly master internal and external systems and platforms (applicant tracking systems, customer relationship management systems, databases, project management tools, etc.).
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday) and CRMs a plus.
