About the position

As a Director, Chief of Staff (CoS) within the Enterprise Consumer Product (ECP) team at Capital One, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership to enhance organizational excellence and drive associate engagement. This high-visibility position involves collaborating with various teams to improve business efficiency and deliver transformative customer experiences. You will be responsible for framing strategic proposals, monitoring team morale, and executing key projects that align with ECP's mission to empower customers on their financial journeys.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior product leaders on operational improvement efforts, acting as a thought partner to provide initial framing of proposals
• Lead special projects autonomously through partnership with product leaders and cross-functional teams
• Align operations and routines with strategy to ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Develop relationships across the organization to act as an informed and helpful sounding board
• Support associate engagement and contribute to events and culture efforts
• Facilitate operational rhythms, meeting management, and administration
• Provide change management support to critical operational efforts
• Build and maintain effective, scalable processes to manage operational routines
• Work with the leadership and communications teams to plan and execute key messages to leaders, partners, and associates

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Chief of Staff, change management, or program management

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or organizational development
• Prior experience working closely with executives
• Prior Chief of Staff experience
• 8+ years of experience in Project, program or process management
• 8+ years of experience in Communications planning and development
