The Director, Employee Engagement & Communications is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of all employee communications and engagement programs with an aim to build an internal understanding of PowerSchool's business strategy, purpose, culture and values. The Director will drive culture and employee engagement through global communications and events and manage complex projects with consistent storytelling to driving engagement and retention.
