About the position

The Director of Endocrinology Payer and Patient Support Program (PSP) Marketing at Corcept Therapeutics is responsible for ensuring patient access to the company's endocrinology therapies. This role involves developing and executing market access marketing strategies to secure payer coverage and drive patient-centric programs, which directly impact patient outcomes and contribute to the organization's success. The director will collaborate with various teams to create resources that communicate payer coverage information to healthcare providers (HCPs) and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the payer coverage strategy for Part D and commercial payers in collaboration with market access leadership and the HEOR/RWE team.
  • Create payer value resources to support payer coverage in partnership with the HEOR/RWE team.
  • Partner with marketing and market research to create resources and programs that support patient adoption and access.
  • Align access initiatives with corporate goals by collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Develop marketing materials to promote the patient support program to HCPs and patients.
  • Analyze product volume, trends, and growth for assigned accounts in collaboration with account teams.
  • Develop and implement account-level business plans and gain insights for program development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Endocrinology experience is highly desirable.
  • 2-3 years of market access marketing experience.
  • Managed markets account management experience preferred.
  • Brand marketing experience preferred.

  • Experience launching oral endocrinology therapies with a focus on driving results.
  • Effective communication skills, including engagement at the C-Suite level.
  • Working knowledge of US healthcare policies and relevant legal, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $232,800 - $273,800 based on experience and qualifications.
