About the position

The position involves developing and implementing processes and technologies to improve material handling and supply chain operations across domestic networks. The role focuses on reducing costs, enhancing service, improving safety, and ensuring engineering quality by collaborating with senior leadership and managing projects from concept to implementation. The individual will also be responsible for attracting and maintaining a skilled workforce, promoting a culture of integrity and ethics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes and technologies for material handling improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to create sustainable supply chain strategies.
• Manage initiatives to reduce operating expenses and enhance services.
• Direct the analysis and design of new distribution centers and processes.
• Provide guidance on logistics engineering projects and ensure they meet financial goals.
• Develop strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.
• Cultivate an environment of integrity and ethics within the team.
• Lead community outreach and involvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in Industrial Engineering, supply chain, or a related area, or 7 years' experience in the same fields without a degree.
• 3 years' supervisory experience.
