About the position

Unit Description: Entegra Procurement Services (a Sodexo company) provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including acute, seniors, leisure, hospitality, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and segment marketing plans that provide innovative products and services. The Director, Entegra Client Operations (West Region) will be responsible for the direct operations level supporting hospitality and lodging clients. This role focuses on increasing client participation in contracted programs by aligning with client and organizational priorities. The Director will serve as the main point of contact for operations-level engagement and will work closely with client regional and corporate procurement teams. This position is a people manager and will oversee the regional operations support team for the assigned geography. The Director will be the day-to-day contact for client regional and corporate procurement teams, providing operations-level information that focuses on growing contracted spend and minimizing client local deals. The role also involves supporting the growth and retention of Entegra client luxury lodging brands, with an operations-level focus for new property openings. The successful candidate will be recognized as Entegra's expert in luxury hospitality and will possess a deep understanding of the challenges in this space, including working knowledge of food and beverage (F&B), rooms, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E/OS&E), engineering, and operations. As a liaison between property stakeholders, corporate teams, suppliers, and Entegra Supply Management, the Director will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to drive awareness of Entegra as a “best in class” group purchasing organization (GPO) partner. The Director will also serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for “Property Champions” and will work to strengthen relationships with local stakeholders, including owners and leadership teams. The role requires the creation of consistent and effective tools for the Regional Account Management (RAM) team to deliver clear and concise information to properties, aligned with property priorities and needs. Additionally, the Director will support client sustainability requirements and work with distribution partners to develop a managed order guide process to maximize program utilization and drive new item stocking, as well as implement products for client SKU rationalization or conversions. The goal is to stabilize purchasing program participation to meet or exceed expected annual targets for revenue, covered spend, and income, including any client performance bonus annually. The Director will also drive Entegra offers to ensure client satisfaction and operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day contact for client regional and corporate procurement teams for operations level information focusing on growing contracted spend and minimizing client local deals.
  • Support Entegra client luxury lodging brands growth and retention including operations level focus for new property openings.
  • Act as Entegra's expert in luxury hospitality and understand the challenges in this space with working knowledge of F&B, Rooms, FF&E/OS&E, Engineering and operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between property stakeholders, corporate teams, suppliers, and Entegra Supply Management with excellent communication and closure.
  • Drive awareness and 'best in Class' GPO partner with vast offerings to support business.
  • Act as Program SME for 'Property Champions' and strengthen relationships with local stakeholders (owners and leadership teams) ongoing.
  • Create consistent and effective tools for RAM team to use to deliver clear and concise information to the properties aligned to property priorities and needs.
  • Establish confidence with property stakeholders positioning Entegra as the right and best overall GPO partner.
  • Support client sustainability requirements.
  • Work with distribution partner to develop a managed Order Guide process for maximizing program utilization and driving CUR along with driving new item stocking, and implementation of products for client SKU rationalization or conversions.
  • Stabilize purchasing program participation with maximum return to meet or exceed expected annual targets for revenue, covered spend, and income including any client performance bonus annual.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of basic management experience.
  • 5 years of project management or multi-unit operations management experience.
  • Full knowledge of hospitality segment operations level structure including lodging F&B, Rooms, OS&E/FF&E, Operations.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of food service and facility management.
  • Ability to manage multiple large sets of data.
  • Ability to verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed information.
  • Strong technical and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Expert problem resolution skills.
  • Influence direction of escalated issues from complex client organization.
  • Expert technical ability with Salesforce, PowerBI, MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • P&L experience.
  • Sales contract terms understanding and financial acumen expert.
  • GPO regional, direct and national level program full familiarity.
  • E-procurement familiarity.
