About the position

The Director, Enterprise Restaurant Ads & Promos at DoorDash will lead a team focused on building partnerships that deliver value for both advertisers and DoorDash. This role involves managing the ad sales strategy for enterprise restaurant businesses, driving the adoption of advertising and promotions offerings, and collaborating cross-functionally to innovate solutions. The position requires strong leadership and strategic planning to achieve business growth and enhance advertiser value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Industry Managers and individual contributors to exceed business growth and product adoption goals.
• Develop overarching sales strategy and processes for scaling the team and business.
• Establish trusted relationships with senior-level customers and deliver thought leadership in the restaurant industry.
• Represent the voice of enterprise restaurant advertisers to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in advertising sales, with a strong track record in consultative selling in digital media/commerce.
• 7+ years of experience in people management, including leading leaders.
• Strong understanding of commerce, performance marketing, and digital advertising measurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing executive stakeholders.
