About The Position
The Director of the Financial Support Office (FSO) Financial Management Shared Services Center (FMSSC) at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is responsible for providing strategic leadership and operational guidance to the financial shared services center. This role involves overseeing accounts payable, travel and expense processing, and supplier management, while fostering a culture of operational excellence and innovation. The director will work closely with the Assistant Vice President to align team priorities with the FSO vision, manage remote employees, and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
