About the position

The Director, ETS Operations at Lighthouse is responsible for overseeing the Hosting function within eDiscovery Technical Services. This role involves managing operations and staff across all Lighthouse locations and offshore vendors, contributing to cross-departmental initiatives, process improvement, and talent development. The Director will ensure the success of the Hosting function through effective leadership, innovative solutions, and collaboration with various teams to meet client needs while maintaining standardized processes.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall success of the Hosting function through ownership of the department's processes, procedures, plans, and performance.
• Provide technical leadership to the department and drive innovative solutions.
• Continuously assess current practices and identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with clients and internal solutions teams.
• Identify and grow talent within Hosting, setting the team up for continued growth and success.
• Act as escalation point for Hosting Managers, team leaders, and internal customers, addressing high-urgency concerns and complex requests.
• Create project plans to ensure the success of new workflows and process rollouts, charter new initiatives, and coordinate custom projects.
• Develop and refine departmental SLAs to measure volume, timeliness, quality, and capacity accurately.
• Partner with leaders across departments to accomplish common goals and drive success within the company.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of industry-specific applications and platforms such as Relativity and Brainspace.
