About The Position

As a Business Partner Finance for Facilities at NVIDIA, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations and strategic analysis of the company's global facilities portfolio. This position involves partnering with Facilities leaders to ensure efficient business decisions regarding renewals, expansions, and new locations, while also driving scalable planning, reporting, and analytics across the organization.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or an Engineering degree with an MBA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • 12+ years of Finance experience, specializing in business financial planning and analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting a Facilities organization in a large, global corporation.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Proven track record in building collaborative team partnerships and mentoring Finance Facilities teams.
  • Expert analytical skills and advanced financial modeling techniques, with experience in SAP and BPC as a plus.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial processes in accounting, tax, and treasury.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Facilities leaders to strategically manage NVIDIA's global facilities portfolio.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of key cost drivers in Facilities projects and identify alternatives for investment optimization.
  • Forecast facility investments, operating, and capital expenditures accurately, monitoring quarterly variance risks and opportunities.
  • Manage the monthly close process for Facilities, supporting Corporate Finance and Accounting for accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes to expedite the review of Facilities Investments for senior Finance management approval.
