Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of marketing strategies for Randstad's Digital Talent Platform, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand business priorities and translate insights into actionable marketing plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams, providing strategic guidance and marketing insights.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of field marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
  • Oversee the development and execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Drive marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue generation and increase market penetration.
  • Lead the creation of advanced sales enablement tools to empower sales teams.
  • Provide strategic direction for high-impact client events and workshops.
  • Spearhead the development of strategic partnerships and sponsorships to elevate Randstad's brand presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing.
  • Expertise in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns, including ABM and digital marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • Proven success in aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset.
