About the position

The Director of Field Planning & Analytics Team for Botox, Eye Care, and Parkinson's at AbbVie is responsible for delivering analytical innovation and strategic direction in Field Planning, Field Tools, and Incentive Compensation capabilities. This role involves leading a team to enhance business performance through data-driven insights and effective communication with cross-functional partners. The position requires a strong focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration to achieve business results in the therapeutic areas of Botox, Eye Care, and Parkinson's.

Responsibilities

• Develop Incentive Compensation (IC) strategy in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Lead team to leverage partnerships across all teams for effective IC implementation.
• Drive strategic sales planning and field force deployment strategies with leadership.
• Develop innovative field force deployment models based on industry insights.
• Create and optimize field tools and operations strategy to meet franchise needs.
• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives for field tools and operations.

Requirements

• BS/BA required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in sales.
• 3-5 years of management experience.
• Demonstrated communication, networking, project management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience in multiple therapeutic areas and IC, Sales Planning, and field tools.

• Experience in headquarter-based roles.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Effectiveness.
