We are seeking a skilled Director, Field Sales Cycling (East) to join our Adventure Sports platform. The ideal candidate will oversee all sales activities, develop strategic sales plans, build Revelyst cycling brands at retail and digital partners, and drive regional revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and execution of North American strategies for all cycling specialty partners in the East Region. You will also be responsible for planning, conducting day-to-day operations, and managing East region Field Sales Representatives in the U.S. The Director of Field Sales will partner with the East and Canadian Directors of Field Sales to lead the strategies for all Cycling categories, including the development, implementation, and execution for North America. You will work closely with senior management to ensure strategies are understood and executed in the North American field, deliver annual key performance indicators, and set the team up for success. This position reports to the Sr Director, Field Sales Cycling North America and will be located from your work-from-home location in our East region. As the Director of Field Sales Cycling (East), you will have an opportunity to lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives by providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue, aggressively research, identify, qualify, and target potential new accounts, and build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the region. Additionally, you will analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth, collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns, and provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
