Responsibilities

  • Deliver Business Planning by charting paths to exceed plan expectations and driving accountability.
  • Develop actionable insights through a structured approach to solving business problems and identifying opportunities.
  • Advise operations leadership by supporting priorities and providing a forward-looking lens for the business.
  • Identify business growth ideas to generate demand and create risk mitigation plans.
  • Enable strategic initiatives by facilitating collaboration and alignment to accelerate market share gain.
  • Build relationships to expedite business decisions and actions.
  • Transform ways of working by influencing finance teams to adopt new technologies and processes.
  • Communicate effectively by preparing presentations and supporting materials for recommendations at all levels.
  • Develop talent and leadership strategies to attract and maintain a skilled workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 5 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 7 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
  • MBA highly preferred.
  • 7+ years of Finance, Planning, Business Management experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
  • 4+ years of team leadership experience.
  • Experience working in a large, complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in Retail, Merchandising Planning and/or Finance.
  • Experience working in Fortune 100 finance.
  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.
  • Comfort with ambiguity.
