About The Position
The Director of Finance, Planning and Analysis is responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis of potential new business opportunities related to capital investment. This role coordinates the completion of the annual capital budgeting process for WVU Healthcare and oversees construction project and other capital project accounting functions, ensuring detailed project financial tracking. Additionally, the director assists with structuring and securing financing arrangements and ensures ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements on tax-exempt debt.
