About the position

The role involves leading the reporting of DoorDash's consolidated International business across 28 countries, including both DoorDash and Wolt operations. The position focuses on managing financial and operational performance to enhance decision-making and resource allocation, while collaborating with leadership and local market teams to drive efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Help manage the portfolio and strategy across 28 International markets
• Oversee the consolidated International P&L and improve the balance between growth and profitability
• Serve as the source of truth for weekly financial reporting and forecasting, and quarterly financial planning
• Identify opportunities and risks, collaborating with local market teams to evaluate impacts and propose solutions
• Leverage local market insights to facilitate cross-country learnings and accelerate execution

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Consulting
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple direct reports
• Ability to influence decision-making and manage processes in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in budget and P&L management across multiple business dimensions
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
