About the position

As the Director of Business Unit Finance (BU) - BCDR at Kaseya, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of the company's largest business units. This position involves partnering with the General Manager to drive financial performance and strategic planning, with a strong emphasis on business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR). You will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business unit while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategies with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to provide financial insights and strategic planning.
• Lead financial planning and risk analysis efforts related to business continuity.
• Own the financial planning process, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
• Generate and deliver financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to optimize financial performance related to BCDR efforts.
• Ensure effective use of capital for business unit growth initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align financial strategies with operational needs.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making related to risk management.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, or related fields, with significant experience supporting a business unit.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business-related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with general managers or senior operational leaders to drive business results.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset, able to translate data into actionable insights, especially in the context of risk management and BCDR planning.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
