The Finance Director at ETS is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing financial reporting for the K16 business unit. This position entails a comprehensive range of responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, financial analyses, strategic planning, and investment support. The Finance Director will work closely with various corporate units, particularly corporate finance and accounting, to define and report performance metrics that facilitate strategic decision-making. This role is crucial in ensuring that the K16 business unit aligns with corporate requests and effectively communicates financial insights to senior management. In this role, the Finance Director will conduct thorough financial and data analysis, providing insights that drive business value for the strategic business unit (SBU). The responsibilities include directing the budgeting and forecasting processes, as well as managing corporate processes for the SBU. The Finance Director will be tasked with providing monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses and reports to senior management, developing recommendations based on financial data to support effective decision-making, and coordinating changes between the SBU and corporate finance. Additionally, the Finance Director will monitor and report on capital expenditures and investment proposals, providing financial support and guidance to SBU leadership and product leadership. This position also involves leading a team of finance managers and analysts, spearheading process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with ethical standards and applicable laws and regulations. The Finance Director will report directly to the Senior Vice President for K16 and will play a key role in the strategic direction of the organization as it continues to expand its global footprint in the education sector.
