About the position

The Director of Financial & Contracting Operations at Pearl Health is a pivotal role within the Finance team, responsible for managing complex financial arrangements with physician clients. This position focuses on developing and implementing processes, operations, systems, and tools related to client payments and contracting matters, ensuring efficient collaboration across multiple departments. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled in optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of processes, operations, systems, and tools related to client payments and contracting matters.
• Administer contract management tooling and centralize stakeholders involved in client payments.
• Evaluate and implement an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool to manage financial and contracting workflows.
• Partner with leadership and Customer Success teams on client performance reporting and provide insights for recontracting efforts.
• Drive efficiency, optimization, and automation of contracting processes and develop payment policies to standardize processes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial operations, contract management, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex financial and contracting processes.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems, ERPs, and system implementations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust as a business partner.
